Pro-Active Strata Management was founded by James Donnelly in October 2004. James worked in the Real Estate industry for 5 years gaining knowledge and experience in all areas of Property Sales and Strata Management. Whilst working in Real Estate James found a real need existed for a service which concentrates exclusively on Strata Management. From this idea our business was born and we continue today.

Our Strata Portfolio
Pro-Active Strata Management currently manages a medium size portfolio of residential strata companies. Within these companies the complexes ranges in size from a 4 unit complex to a 111 unit complex.
